Villa Rose is in Fira, capital of Santorini, on the lower road that goes south towards Karterados village. Specifically, Villa Rose is just 6 minutes walk from the main square of fira town and 3 minutes walk from the Caldera & views volcano.
Fira is the capital of the island and the most important village and It is located at the west side of the island and 10 km away from the main port, Athinios.
Fira is perched on the edge of an impressive cliff 260m high and offers a great panorama over the submerged volcano. The small streets during summer season period are crowed and filled with all kind of shops, jeweleries, cafe, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Buses arriving from the Port & Airport, stop next to the Hotel.
It is only a 5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, tourist offices, cafes, bars, and the local bus terminal where you could catch a bus to any place of the island. Right next to the hotel is the nearest local bus stop with routes connecting to the beaches of Kamari, Perissa, Monolithos as well as Perivolos Village.
